How it works

PDF Poster Split turns one large poster PDF into a multi-page A4 PDF you can print on a home or office printer.

Four simple steps

Upload a single-page poster PDF (max 25 MB).
Preview the A4 tile grid — adjust orientation, margin, scale, and optional guides.
Download the split multi-page PDF.
Print every A4 sheet and tape them together left to right, top to bottom.

Classroom & school posters — wall charts, timetables, and project displays without a wide-format printer.
Events & community boards — flyers, welcome signs, and schedules scaled for A4 printing.
Home & DIY projects — photo collages, birthday banners, and craft templates from Canva or similar tools.
Maps & plans — hiking maps, floor plans, or diagrams that need to stay readable when tiled.
Office & workshops — quick internal posters when only A4 printers are available.

Export your design as a single-page PDF at the size you designed.
Use Auto orientation first, then override only if the preview looks wrong.
Add a small margin (for example 10 mm) so content is not clipped by printer borders.
Lower scale if you want fewer sheets; raise it if the poster should print larger.
Enable crop marks when you plan to trim sheets before taping.
